Staff was amicable and we loved our stay. Views from the rooftop terrace. All in all extremely good location however the street is noisy, can't fault them for that. The bus stop was 900 feet away. Nice place for exploring San Cristobal de las Casas...

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown area. With its super close proximity to the main area of town and markets, it’s perfect for exploring the city. The service and staff were exceptional, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms, though not spacious, were spotlessly clean with basic amenities and access to the lovely terrace.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the main attractions and with friendly and helpful staff. the room was cleaned daily, and the beds were big and comfortable. We also enjoyed the warm and cozy atmosphere of the room. Another plus was the good Wi-Fi connection, which allowed us to stay connected with family and friends during our city break.

Our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. The noise level from the street outside was almost unbearable at times and made it difficult to sleep.
